How to enable Telnet client in Vista

I needed to check if a port is open but I had the surprise to see that Telnet wasn't enabled on Vista.

Here is how I enabled it :

• Start -> Settings -> Control Panel
• Select 'Programs and features'
• Then, from the left menu click on 'Turn Windows features on or off'.
• Check the checkbox near 'Telnet Client'
• Click 'Ok'

Now you have the telnet client enabled :)
